Flower Vase
It is not difficult to find a flower vase from your trip to the dollar store to your own kitchen.
Anything that can hold water will make a flower vase. It is quite easy to make a theme with
flowers and a vase. For any occasion you can find a vase that will suit it.
If you're having a group over for tea, get a teapot making sure that it is well cleaned and free of
dust. Pull out your best table linen and start your decorations. If you are using a white linen
cloth, then add some color with your napkins and bring out your floral teacups. The teapot you
have won't be used to steep your tea, but will be used to hold a wonderful bouquet of posies or
maybe some miniature tea roses. It is the ideal vase for the ideal occasion and the girls will love
it. Another thing you can do instead is get a few of tiny blue ming vases and set a separate flower
in each of them and place them by each setting. What a wonderful way to enjoy your company
and your tea, while you gaze at the flowers and smell their fragrance!
Of course, for the very special dinner parties, there is nothing that can compare to the sparkling
sight of pure crystal. It shines on its own, but the glorious topping is when you place the
spectacular bunch of roses or a selection of other flowers to finish off your table for an evening's
dining. This looks very elegant, most especially when you're using your best china and
silverware. What is life without some refinery even if it's only for one evening?
If you're lucky enough to own an antique vase, then this is a windfall. If not you can certainly
buy an imitation at your local store. These really come in handy if you have guests coming. In
getting the spare room ready, you just need something more to say welcome and nothing does it
as well as flowers placed in an old fashioned vase and placed on a night table in the bedroom.
Flowers say it all and one look will tell them you are happy to have them in your home.
