Flower Delivery Flowers
A funeral is a sad occasion for a flower delivery. Flowers are very appropriate at a time like this
and are very comforting for those that are left behind. It is a pure way of expressing your
sympathy for the loss of a loved one. When you send flowers in this situation it conveys the
message that you really care and are sharing the pain of their loss with them. These flowers can
be either sent to a funeral home or directly to the family. Either way is quite appropriate.
There are many kinds of arrangements you can choose for an occasion such as this. A funeral
basket can be sent to the service or to the memorial. The price you will pay will vary depending
on what you want. Don't be afraid to ask how much the total bill is going to be. A funeral spray
is another choice you can make. These are usually very large arrangements, which are designed
in a floral foam and attached to an easel. You can send this to the funeral home and most of the
time these are taken to the grave site. With such a large arrangement it is best to give the florist
at least a few days notice to get it ready. Sometimes your arrangement can be put together in the
form of a cross. This can usually be delivered with a card and a message directly to the funeral
home.
Then, of course, there is the traditional wreath. This is another alternative to the spray and one
that is used often in some parts of the world. Some wreaths can be made into special shapes;
these are usually delivered directly to the funeral home and then taken to the graveside. One of
the most impressive arrangements for a funeral is the Casket Cover. They come in many sizes
and can be ordered in quarter, half or full casket size. These are usually given by the whole
family of the lost loved one and not usually sent by someone outside the family, but if this is
what you have in mind it is better to check with the family first.
