Bouquets
If you are planning your wedding and you're thinking of a bouquet, then there are a few things
you should be aware of before deciding on just what kind of a bouquet you would like. There are
three basic types that you can choose from - the cascade, the round or posy, and the hand tied.
However, there is much more to be taken into consideration before you make the final decision.
The cascade bouquet is basically what it says. It is usually shaped like a waterfall with lots of
flowers on the top with some flowing to the bottom and it has green mixed in to give the natural
effect.. The round bouquet is round and has less green in it than the cascade, but more flowers.
These flowers can be all the same kind or a mixture of different ones. These are easy to balance
the color with. The hand tied wedding bouquet is much more casual than the cascade or the
round ones. It is made from a bunch of flowers tied with a ribbon and the stems are revealed.
The one you choose will depend on other things you have in your wedding plans such as your
body size, your wedding gown style and the look that you want to carry. Choosing the right
bouquet can enhance your look and hide any imperfections that you may wish to hide. If you
want to look slimmer on the big day then the cascade would help in this situation where it is full
on the top and tapers off to the bottom. If you are extra tall, then a round bouquet or a hand tied
bouquet would be more suitable.
If you like the garden look, the only bouquet that can give you this is the hand tied bouquet.
There are a few advantages to this, as the hand tied bouquet looks fresh and natural like you've
just picked the flowers from a garden. If you have a petite body, choose a round bouquet. This
will balance out the look for you.
